Handling
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. The 16 Wishes Candles Store is not responsible for shipping cost refunds in the event of delays due to product availability.
The 16 Wishes Candles Store is not responsible for untracked parcels that go missing, delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. We will assist as much as possible in tracing missing parcels.
Local Destination Tax & Duties
The 16 Wishes Candles Store has no control over customs or import duties that may be charged when the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, these charges can cause delays and must be paid by the customer. We advise checking with your local customs agency before placing an order.
Note: Orders within the EU are shipped from our German warehouse and typically do not incur customs duties.
Wrong Address Policy
We ship products to the address provided by customers on our website. It is crucial to carefully enter your shipping address when placing an order. If you realize there is an error, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, we can update your address.
- If the order has been shipped and returned due to an incorrect address, we will invoice you for the cost of reshipping.
- If the order has been delivered to the wrong address, you will need to resolve this with the logistics company or recipient. We cannot refund or reship these orders.
